NGC 7464 is an elliptical galaxy from the Hubble type E1 in the constellation Pegasus at the northern sky . It is estimated to be 92 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 15,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky there are u. a. the galaxies NGC 7448 , NGC 7461 , NGC 7463 , NGC 7465 .
The object was discovered on August 27, 1864 by Heinrich Louis d'Arrest .
