NGC 7466 = IC 5281 is a spiral galaxy with an active nucleus of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 344 million light years from the Milky Way and about 150,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Édouard Stephan on September 20, 1873 .
