IC 5295 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type SB0 in the constellation Pegasus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 371 million light years from the Milky Way and about 75,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 7548 , IC 5293 , IC 5296 , IC 5297 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on November 12, 1899 .
