technology

"In front of mostly monochrome picture backgrounds which, like the selected natural objects or artefacts, can consist of organic or inorganic substances, Natascha Borowsky positions the respective object in the center of the picture in order to always photograph it in daylight ."

idea

“My photographs from the last few years, which each show individual found objects in a pictorial context, have aspects of portraits . Time plays an important role in my work. Photography always shows something that was, that existed in the past, that was the present at the time it was taken. In addition, the material I work with is marked by traces that have been created over an indefinite period of time. So it is always a reference to something that happened in the past. "
