The national road 227 ( Chinese 227 国 道 , Pinyin 227 Guódào , English China National Highway 227 ), Chinese abbreviation G227 , is a 347 km long north-south trunk road in western China in the provinces of Qinghai and Gansu . It runs from the provincial capital of Qinghai, Xining , through Datong and Minle counties to Zhangye in Gansu.
