List of highways in China
The Chinese motorway network ( Chinese 中國 國家 高速公路 網 / 中国 国家 高速公路 网 , Pinyin Zhōngguó Guójiā Gāosù Gōnglùwǎng , English China National Expressway Network - "China's national motorway network") is the fastest growing motorway network in the world and, since 2011, the longest in the world in front of the American interstate highway system.

Numbering system
How many network numbering is also in Chinese highways ( 中國國家高速公路 / 中国国家高速公路 , Zhōngguó Guojia Gaosu Gonglu , English China National Expressway - "National Highway China's" short 國家高速 / 国家高速 , Guojia Gaosu ) from the capital Beijing from and follows clockwise with the seven single-digit numbered main routes G1 to G7 . In addition, there are nine north-south connections with odd numbers, starting with the G11 as the easternmost route to the G85 as the westernmost north-south motorway. As in the American interstate highway system, the numbering of the most important north-south routes is divisible by 5. There are also eighteen east-west connections with even numbers, starting with the G10 in the north to the G80 in the south. As in the American interstate highway system, the numbering of the most important east-west routes is divisible by 10. Furthermore, six extensive ring roads are planned, for which the numbers G91 to G99 are reserved.
In some cases, regional motorways branch off from the main routes mentioned above, which are designated with two more digits after the name of the main route, beginning with "11" (e.g. Kunming – Mohan motorway ). Alternatively, but currently only in the case of the Guangzhou-Macau motorway and the G15W , a capital letter is added to the designation of the main route, which is derived from the English word for the direction in which the regional motorway runs (i.e. W for "West", N for "North" etc.).
There are also numerous local motorways , mostly in the form of a motorway ring, whose designation shows the numbers "01" after the designation of the main route. In addition, there is the city around which such a motorway ring leads in order to be able to differentiate between motorways with the same number.
Motorway tolls
Almost all motorways are toll roads. The fees are around 0.5 CNY (around 0.06 EUR) per kilometer, with minimum fees that are not dependent on the kilometer (e.g. 5 CNY / 0.60 EUR).
