The Wuhan motorway ring ( Chinese  武汉 绕城 高速公路 , Pinyin Wǔhàn ràochéng gāosù gōnglù , English Wuhan Ring Expressway ), Chinese abbreviation G42 01 , is a local motorway ring around the metropolis of Wuhan in the middle of the People's Republic of China . It has a length of 188 km. The national highways G4 , G42 , G50 and G70 run on parts of the motorway ring .
