The highway Hegang-Dalian or Heda highway ( Chinese  鹤大高速公路 , Pinyin Heda Gaosu Gonglu , English Heda Expressway ), Ch. Abbr. G11 is a highway in northeast China , by the city Hegang in the province of Heilongjiang to the coastal metropolis Dalian runs in Liaoning . After completion, the motorway will have a length of 1,474 km. The highway is the easternmost north-south highway in China and runs not far from the borders with Russia and North Korea and along the north coast of the Yellow Sea . Long stretches are not yet operational, especially in Jilin Province .
