The Liaozhong-Ring Road ( Chinese  辽中环线高速公路 , Pinyin Liaozhong Huanxian Gaosu Gonglu , English Liaozhong Ring Expressway ), Ch. Abbr. G91 is an under construction ring highway around Shenyang in the province of Liaoning in northeastern China , a Length of 399 km. At the moment only the sections in the northwest, west and southwest have been completed. It is named after Liaozhong County , which is around 50 km southwest of Shenyang.
