The highway Dandong Fuxin or Danfu highway ( Chinese  丹阜高速公路 , Pinyin Danfu Gaosu Gonglu , English Danfu Expressway ), Ch. Abbr. G11 13 is a largely completed regional highway in the province of Liaoning in northeastern China . The 440 km long highway leads from Dandong on the border with North Korea in a north-westerly direction via Benxi , the provincial capital Shenyang and Xinmin to Fuxin , where it joins the Changchun-Shenzhen (G25) highway . It crosses the Liaozhong ring road (G91) twice . The westernmost part of the highway from Xinmin to Fuxin is the only one that has not yet been completed.
