The Kuytun – Tacheng or Kuita Highway ( Chinese  奎塔 高速公路 , Pinyin Kuítǎ gāosù gōnglù , English Kuita Expressway ), in the Chinese numbering system G30 15 , is a planned regional highway in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region in northwest China . The 365 km long motorway branches off the G30 motorway at Kuytun and heads north to Karamay on the G3014 motorway . From there the G3015 leads via Emin in the Dorbiljin district to Tacheng (Qoqek) on the border with Kazakhstan .
