The Kaiyuan – Hekou or Kaihe Highway ( Chinese  开河 高速公路 , Pinyin Kāihé gāosù gōnglù , English Kaihe Expressway ), Chinese abbreviation G80 11 , is a regional highway in the Yunnan Province in southern China . The 190 km long motorway branches off the G80 motorway at Kaiyuan and heads south-west via Honghe to Hekou on the border with Vietnam .
