The Ningde – Shangrao or Ningshang Highway ( Chinese  宁 上 高速公路 , Pinyin Nìngshàng gāosù gōnglù , English Ningshang Expressway ), Chinese abbreviation G15 14 , is a regional highway opened at the end of 2012 in the provinces of Fujian and Jiangxi in eastern China . The 380 km long motorway begins on the G15 motorway near the coastal city of Ningde , heads northwest via Fu'an and Wuyishan to Shangrao and joins the G60 motorway there .
