The Jilin – Heihe or Jihei Highway ( Chinese  吉 黑 高速公路 , Pinyin Jíhēi gāosù gōnglù , English Jihei Expressway ), Chinese abbreviation G12 11 , is a regional highway in the provinces of Jilin and Heilongjiang in northeast China . The 815 km long motorway begins on the G12 motorway near the city of Jilin and heads north via Harbin , Baiquan and Bei'an to Heihe on the Russian border. So far only the section between Bei'an and Heihe has been completed.
