The Shenyang – Jilin or Shenji Highway ( Chinese  沈 吉 高速公路 , Pinyin Shěnjí gāosù gōnglù , English Shenji Expressway ), Chinese abbreviation G12 12 , is a regional highway in the provinces of Liaoning and Jilin in northeast China . The 415 km long highway begins at the G15 01 ring road in the Shenyang metropolis and heads northeast via Fushun and Panshi to the city of Jilin , where it joins the G12 . So far, only the section in Liaoning Province has been completed.
