The Naute Recreation Area ( English Naute Recreation Resort , also Naute Game Park (Naute wildlife sanctuaries)) is a 230 square kilometer large recreation area in the south of Namibia , 55 kilometers south of the regional capital Keetmanshoop . It surrounds the Naute dam .
The Naute recreation area is a meeting point for water sports enthusiasts, anglers and animal lovers. You have 600 hectares in the south of the dam at your disposal. The rest of the area is mainly populated by springboks , kudu and duikers .
