A wildlife park is a zoo that mainly keeps native wild animals in natural enclosures .

German wildlife park keep mainly wild from German forests, such as fallow deer , red deer , sika deer , roe deer , ibex , European mouflon and wild boar . In addition, there are often tail cattle , bison , wolves , elk and lynx as well as native bird species. The leisure offer is often complemented by petting zoos and playgrounds .
