The building, registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town, on the east side of the Neuer Weg.

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1890 in the historicism style . In the design of the building's framework, the regionally historically common framework elements are cited. There are curved St. Andrew's crosses , the half-timbered figure of the Half Man and parapet arcades .

The wings of the gate are designed in a neo-baroque style.

In the courtyard of the property there is a three-storey building, the construction time of which is before that of the front building.
