It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as an arable citizen's house and is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built in the Baroque period around 1780. It is covered with a mansard roof . The half-timbered facade has a flat-profiled plank and compartments filled with decorative brickwork . The coffered gate, which closes the gate passage in the southern half of the house, was made around 1860 and is remarkable.
On the north side of the courtyard there are two courtyard wings. The northeastern one dates back to the 18th century and is also covered with a mansard roof. The north-western part of the building was built at the beginning of the 19th century.
