The Newfoundland and Labrador Route 510 (NL 510) is a country road in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador . It has a length of 606 km and belongs to the National Highway System . The route is part of the Trans-Labrador Highway.

The route begins 3 miles west of Happy Valley-Goose Bay and crosses the Churchill River there. It initially leads in a south-easterly direction and then swings again to the north-east. At the northernmost part, Highway 516 branches off, which leads to Cartwright . Highway 510 leads from there back to the southeast via Port Hope Simpson to the Atlantic coast, which is reached at Mary's Harbor . From there, the highway runs largely parallel to the coast and ends at the border with Québec , where it merges into Route 138 .
