Nikola Kastner (* 1983 in Hamburg ) is a German actress .

Life

Kastner took private acting lessons from 1997, and thus already during her school days. From 2000 to 2002 she played as a theater actress at the Junge Schauspielhaus of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg. She then completed several workshops and in 2004 visited the Frese drama studio in Hamburg .

Kastner has worked in numerous movies and television productions. In 2003 she was directed by Lars Montag in the comedy Kissing forbidden, Dredging allowed and in front of the camera in the television film Welcome to Lüsgraf . In 2005 she also starred in the multi-part television film Die Patriarchin, directed by Carlo Rola .

It was seen in the movies Another League and FC Venus - Attack is the Best Defense, among others. In 2007, Kastner took on the role of Sonja in the film adaptation of the novel Meat is My Vegetables under the direction of Christian Görlitz . In 2007, Kastner played alongside Ulrike Folkerts and Andreas Hoppe the frivolous and calculating hotel employee and kitchen helper Ivanka in the Tatort episode, Die für die Erben . In the 8th season of the ZDF series SOKO Wismar (2008) she had one of the episode roles as the daughter of a Swedish entrepreneur.

In the final season of the comedy Mein Leben & Ich (2009) Kastner had a role in four episodes of the series. In 2009 she played the role of Princess Eulalia in the fairy tale film The Wise Farmer's Daughter . In the same year she starred in the role of Sascha at the side of Suzanne von Borsody in the thriller and film drama A Mysterious Summer . In it she embodied the young, attractive daughter of the village policeman, who has a relationship with the neighbor boy Paul and dreams of a life in the big city.

In 2011, she played the role of Marie in the Tatort episode The Illegal Death ; she played the friend of a policeman in the waterway police . In 2013 and 2014 she portrayed Wiebke Maruhn in nine episodes of the Danni Lowinski series .

In 2015 she had a role in an episode of the US television series Homeland . In Germany 83 (2015) Kastner was seen for three episodes as NATO secretary Linda Seiler.
