Nili Abramski ( Hebrew נילי אברמסקי, also written Nili Avramski ; * January 14, 1970 in Rechovot ) is an Israeli long-distance runner .

It holds the current national records in the 2000 , 3000 , 5000 and 10,000 meter run as well as in the half marathon and marathon .

In total, she was the Israeli marathon champion eleven times at the Tiberias Marathon , nine times as the overall winner and once each as an overall runner-up or third. She won numerous other national titles in the 3000, 5000 and 10,000 m as well as in the half marathon and cross-country run .

At the international level, she has participated in half marathon world championships six times , with a 39th place in 2002 in Brussels as the best result. At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 , she finished 27th over 10,000 m. In memory of the eleven Israeli athletes who had been murdered 30 years earlier when Munich was taken hostage during the 1972 Olympic Games , she had painted the numbers “11” and “72” on her palms.

After a baby break in 2003, she qualified ninth in the Paris Marathon in 2004 with a time of 2:36:36 h (her third Israeli record over this distance) for the marathon of the Olympic Games in Athens , in which she finished 42nd came. Over the same distance she finished 49th at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005 , 22nd at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg and 41st at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka.

Nili Abramski is 1.63 m tall and weighs 49 kg.
