The Norwegian Grand National Lodge (norw. Den Norske Store Landsloge ) is the highest Masonic Lodge in the Norwegian Order of Freemasons ( Den Norske Frimurerorden ). The lodge's Latin motto is: Veritas, Caritas, Fiducia (Norw. Sannhet, Barmhjerighet, Trofasthet , German: Truth, Mercy, Loyalty ). The box was inaugurated on June 27, 1856 as steward's box No. 1. The lodge's head office is located at Øvre Vollgate 19, in Oslo ( when Christiania was founded).
