Ntala Skinner (born February 22, 1973 in Sun Valley ) is a former American biathlete .

Ntala Skinner lives in Sun Valley and started for the Sun Valley Ski Club . The soldier began biathlon in 1980. She took in Borovets 1993 for the first time at Biathlon World Championships in part and was with Joan Miller Smith , Joan Guetschow and Mary Ostergren Eleventh Season race. In the individual she came in 55th place and was 49th in the sprint. In the 1993/94 season she won points in the Biathlon World Cup for the first time as 17th in a sprint in Canmore . After failing to take part in the 1994 Olympic Games in Lillehammer , she came back to the 1995 Biathlon World Championships in Antholz and reached 47th place in the individual, 64th in the sprint and was eighth with Kristina Sabasteanski , Stacey Wooley and Beth Coats in the relay race. A year later came the ranks 32 in the sprint and 14 with Sabasteanski, Miller Smith and Wooley in the relay in Ruhpolding . With Deborah Nordyke , Wooley and Sabasteanski, she also came fifth with the team. In the 1996/97 season Skinner achieved her best result in the World Cup with a 12th place in a World Cup race in Antholz. At the high point of the season, the World Championships in Osrblie , the American was 74th of the individual, 55th of the pursuit and on the side of Wooley, Nordyke and Sabasteanski season ninth. The climax of the career were 1998 Winter Olympics from Nagano . At the competitions of Nozawa Onsen Skinner was 61st of the individual and with Wooley, Kara Salmela and Sabasteanski 15th of the relay competition. After the season she ended her career. Skinner was inducted into the US Biathlon Hall of Fame .
