The Oberlandquart district ( Romansh district da Landquart see below ) was a civil court district of the Swiss canton of Graubünden from 1851 to 2000 . It included the districts of Jenaz , Luzein , Küblis and Klosters in the central and inner Prättigau as well as Davos in the Landwasser valley . At the beginning of 2001 it was expanded to include the Schiers and Seewis districts and was given the new name Prättigau-Davos .
