Olga Wassiljewna Pilipenko ( Russian Ольга Васильевна Пилипенко ; born January 4, 1966 in Oryol ) is a Soviet - Russian mechanical engineer , university teacher and politician .

Life

After graduating from Middle School No. 13 in 1983 with honors, Pilipenko studied at the Orlov Branch of the All Union Mechanical Engineering Distance Learning Institute (from 1995 Orlov State Technical University, from 2010 State University of Science and Production, from 2015 Oka State University, united in 2016 with the Orlov State Turgenev University). She graduated specializing in machinery and technology of forming of metals by pressure in 1988 with honors. She then stayed there and was the data center engineer .

1993-1995 graduated Pilipenko the postgraduate in northwest Petrov on Orel Pedagogical Institute (from 1996 university from 2014 Orlov State University Turgenev). In 1998 she defended at the Orel State Technical University successfully their dissertation on dynamics and improvement of the working process of a hydraulic punch - press lever synchronization for promotion to the candidate of technical sciences. The official opponents were Alexei Mitrofanowitsch Dolotow and Vladimir Ivanovich Sheltkow. The Medvedev mechanical engineering company was involved.

In 2003, Pilipenko was appointed a lecturer . In 2008 she defended at the Orel State Technical University successfully her doctoral dissertation on Umformbehandlungen anisotropic plates and tubes at different temperatures and speeds for promotion to Doctor of Technical Sciences. Sergei Sergejewitsch Jakowlew was an advisor, and Anatoly Georgievich Ovchinnikow , Evgeni Nikolajewitsch Sossenuschkin and Alexei Alexandrovich Markin were the official opponents. The state-owned alloy company was involved. According to Dissernet, there are incorrect citations in Pilipenko's doctoral dissertation .

In 2009 Pilipenko was appointed professor . She headed the chair for automation processes in plastic forming, became dean of the faculty for new technologies and production automation and prorector for economics and finance . 2013–2015 she was the rector of the State University for Science and Production, which emerged from the Technical University. In 2015 she initiated the merger of the previous University of Science and Production and the current Oka University with the Turgenew University, which emerged from the Pedagogical Institute. Pilipenko has been acting rector of the Orlov State Turgenev University since 2015 and elected since 2017.

In 2015, Pilipenko was elected to the Orlov People's Deputy City Council on the United Russia Party 's list. On the day of the 2018 elections , she was elected in a by-election for the State Duma with 53.62%.

Pilipenko is married and has one grown son.
