Osvald Käpp (born February 17, 1905 in Tallinn , † December 22, 1995 in New York City , United States ) was an Estonian wrestler .

Osvald Käpp learned to wrestle at the Kalev Tallinn sports club . At the age of 19, he started for Estonia at the Olympic Games in Paris , where he finished eighth. From then on a very successful international career began. The highlight was his Olympic victory in Amsterdam in 1928 . In 1929 Käpp emigrated to the USA , but wrestled again for Estonia at the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles .
