It is located in the historic Neustadt Quedlinburg on the west side of Pölkenstrasse. The building is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The solidly built house was built around 1880. The facade and the centrally positioned gate passage are designed in the style of historicism . There are blind arches and window arcades. The building is covered with a mansard roof . Around 1920 the attic was expanded and a visible framework was added there.
