The house Pölkenstraße 17 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Neustadt Quedlinburg on the west side of Pölkenstrasse and at the southwest end of the former market of the Neustadt. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . The building is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house probably dates from the 16th century. Most of the upper floor and the northern part of the ground floor probably go back to this time. The upper floor protrudes clearly. The facade of the house follows the line of streets that bends here. The lower floor was rebuilt in the second half of the 19th century. A door from this period has also survived.
