It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse and is listed as a farm building in the Quedlinburg monument register. To the north is the also listed building on Pölkenstrasse 47 .
Architecture and history
The property represents the remainder of an older courtyard. The monument protection applies to the wing of the building on the north side of the courtyard. The half-timbered two-storey farm building has a slightly cantilevered upper floor clad with vertically arranged boards. There are still originally preserved cross-frame windows on the first floor of the wing .
