It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a community courtyard. The house Pölkenstrasse 42 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Pölkenstrasse 44, 45 to the south .
Architecture and history
The small courtyard was built in the early 18th century. There is a half-timbered house facing the street . The threshold is simply designed and has a bevel. In addition, there are rounded beam heads . In the 19th century the house was rebuilt in the classicism style . The house was plastered and the windows were framed with stucco profiles .
A half-timbered courtyard wing from around 1800 belongs to the property.
