The house Pölkenstraße 39 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. Pölkenhof , which is also listed, borders to the north .

Architecture and history

The three-storey building was built in 1903, according to other information in 1900, in massive construction with decorations in the neo-renaissance style, with the second floor being built in half-timbered construction in the local style . The exterior of the house has largely been preserved in its original form. A workshop building on the courtyard side belongs to the property.

In 2005, the building was renovated by the qbatur architects' office . The living space is 100 m². There are also 50 m² ancillary areas.
