The house Pölkenstrasse 37 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Pölkenstrasse 39 to the south .

Architecture and history

The building consists of two parts, both of which are half-timbered . The northern part was built in the Baroque period . The house is covered with a mansard roof . The compartments are filled with decorative lining. There is a gate passage on the side facing the southern part of the building. Around 1820 the windows on the ground floor were replaced.

No decorations have been preserved on the southern part of the building. Maybe that part of the house is older. However, the ground floor was later renewed in massive construction. The roof of this half of the house is striking due to its height.

There are various companies on the farm.
