The house Pölkenstraße 31 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register.
Architecture and history
The facade of the two-storey half - timbered house is presented simply in the style of classicism . The profiled framing of the front door and its carved door leaves date from around 1750. The house itself is older. The construction of the skylight over the door is dated to around 1820.
The Greek restaurant Artemis is currently (as of 2014) on the ground floor of the house .
