It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register. Pölkenstrasse 27 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Pölkenstrasse 29 to the south .
Architecture and history
The facade of the massive two-story house is designed in the style of late classicism . Around 1910 the ground floor was rebuilt and two shops were added.
