Pablo Hernández Domínguez (born April 11, 1985 in Castellón ) is a Spanish football player who is currently under contract with Al-Arabi .

Player career

Pablo Hernández played in his youth for CD Castellón , Valencia CF and CD Onda before he was called up to the second team of Valencia CF in 2005. There he played regularly for a year and then rose to the first team, for which he debuted in the last game of the season against CA Osasuna of the 2005/06 season, which would be his only game in two years for Valencia. In January 2007, Hernández was loaned to the second division club Cadiz FC . In the following season he went in exchange for Alexis to Getafe , where he managed in 2007/08 the breakthrough and was chosen for its services from the Levantines returned in the summer of 2008 for around one million euros. He signed a six-year contract. In the 2008/09 season Hernandéz was mostly only a substitute, only in the 2009/10 season he fought for a regular place and played most of the league games from the start.

On August 31, 2012, Hernández moved to Swansea City for around seven million euros . He was the most expensive player in the club's history until Wilfried Bony was signed (£ 12 million).

In the Spanish national team , he was first used on June 20, 2009 at the Confed Cup 2009 against South Africa . Here he was substituted on for David Villa in the 61st minute . In his second international match, in a 5-1 win against Austria , he was able to mark his first goal for the Selección .
