The Palau national soccer team is the selection team of the Pacific island state of Palau .
Palau is neither a member of the world football association FIFA nor of the regional association OFC . Therefore, the national team cannot qualify for the soccer world championships or the Oceania championship. The team is last in the World Elo ranking .
