Passion window in Bazouges-la-Pérouse

The Passion Window in the Catholic parish church of St-Pierre-St-Paul in Bazouges-la-Pérouse , a French parish in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the Brittany region , was created in 1573/74. The stained glass window was added to the list of architectural monuments in France in 1919 as Monument historique .

The window was donated by a rich landlord . It shows various scenes from Jesus' ordeal . A total of almost 50 people are depicted, who are detailed in contemporary clothing. There is no record of the creator of the window.

In addition to the passion window , the St. Mary's window in the church from the Renaissance period has been preserved.
