Patryk Adrian Małecki (born August 1, 1988 in Suwałki ) is a Polish football player . He has been under contract with Polish second division club Zagłębie Sosnowiec since the 2019/20 season .
Career
societies
Małecki began his career at Wigry Suwałki , a football club based in his birthplace in the Podlaskie Voivodeship , and then moved to the youth department of Wisła Kraków , where he was active until the summer of 2004. For the 2004/05 season, the lively striker moved to the second team of the renowned club. After two seasons he moved up to the first team in 2006 and came in two seasons to twelve league games in the Ekstraklasa , the top division in Poland. To collect more match practice, Małecki moved in the winter of 2007 on loan for half a year to league rivals Zagłębie Sosnowiec , for whom he scored two goals in eleven inserts. After returning to Wisła Kraków, the club won the Polish Championship in 2008 and 2009.
For the 2012/13 season he moved on loan to the Turkish first division club Eskişehirspor , for whom he made his league debut on August 25, 2012 (2nd matchday) in the 2-0 defeat in the away game against Orduspor . He scored his first goal on October 21, 2012 (8th matchday) in a 5-2 win in the home game against Kardemir Karabükspor with the goal to mean 5-1 in the 78th minute. In December 2012 the loan contract was terminated prematurely and Małecki returned to Krakow. However, he no longer played a major role in the Kraków team and was given to league rivals Pogoń Szczecin for the second half of the 2013/14 season . With the Szczecin, where he received a two and a half year contract, he made his debut on February 15, 2014 (22nd matchday) in the 3-2 win in the away game against Lechia Gdańsk and played another twelve matches in the second half . His first league goal for the club was the winning goal to make it 3-2 in the 60th minute in the away game against Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała on August 17, 2015 (5th matchday). From 2015 to 2018 he played 75 point games for Wisla Krakow and scored one goal before moving to the Slovak first division club and reigning champions Spartak Trnava for the 2018/19 season. After playing in only seven league games during the season, he returned to Poland and has been with the second division Zagłębie Sosnowiec since the 2019/20 season.
National team
Małecki made his debut on August 27, 2005 in the U-18 national team, which participated in a tournament with Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine. In the 1: 2 defeat against Slovakia, he scored his first international goal in the 80th minute . In the game against the selection of Hungary, he scored all goals in the 3-1 win.
In 2007 Michał Globisz appointed him to the squad of the U-20 national team for the Junior World Cup in Canada . In this tournament he played all three group games and the last sixteen, which was lost 3-1 to Argentina .
For the U-21 national team he came on August 22, 2007 in the 3-1 win against Georgia for the first time when he came on in the 46th minute for Krzysztof Sokalski. In 2009 he played six internationals (2: 2 against Latvia on March 27, 1: 2 against Sweden on June 5, 2: 0 against Liechtenstein on June 9, 2: 2 against Spain on September 4, 5: 0 against the selection of Liechtenstein on October 9 and 0: 4 against the selection of the Netherlands on October 13) for the U-21s and scored five goals. In early January 2016 he signed a 2.5-year contract with his ex-club Wisła Krakow .
On November 14, 2009 Małecki made his debut in the senior national team , which lost 1-0 to Romania against the selection in Warsaw . His last of eight international matches was played on September 2, 2011 in Warsaw in a 1-1 draw in the international test match against Mexico . His only international A goal he scored on January 20, 2010 in Nakhon Ratchasima in a 3-1 win in the test international match against the selection of Thailand with the goal of the interim 2-0 in the 52nd minute.
