The Pokal Slovenije 2009/10 was the 19th edition of the Slovenian men's soccer cup competition and was won by NK Maribor by beating NK Domžale in the final . The defending champion was Interblock Ljubljana . However, the club was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
By winning the final, NK Maribor qualified for the 2010/11 UEFA Europa League and started there in the second qualifying round.
