Power to Change - Die EnergieRebellion is a German documentary from 2016 by Carl-A. Fechner . It highlights the necessity, possibilities and advantages of sustainable energy supply with the help of solar energy , wind power , hydropower and biomass using practical examples of the German energy transition .

The film presents answers to questions that arise again and again in connection with the successful implementation of the energy transition. Problems in storing energy are identified and possible solutions are presented. Furthermore, the film takes up topics on supply (centralized or decentralized), political concepts, costs and other topics in connection with the energy transition.

The film was initiated by the association “Energiewende Hohenlohe e. V. ".
It is used to spread the fact that a decentralized full supply with the help of renewable energy is not only possible in the short term, but also better for society than a nuclear or fossil energy supply .
Small and medium-sized companies , associations, clubs, independent organizations and private individuals made the film possible with small sums ( crowdfunding ). For example, the supporters could buy film components and were named in the credits or received DVDs of the film.
