The powiat Sierpecki is a powiat (district) in the Polish Masovian Voivodeship . The powiat has an area of 852.89 km², on which 54,345 inhabitants live. The population density is 64 inhabitants per 1 km² (2004).

history

From 1939 to 1945 the area was part of the district of Sichelberg (Sierpc) in the new administrative district of Zichenau in the province of East Prussia .
