The powiat Przasnyski is a powiat (district) in the Polish Masovian Voivodeship . The powiat has an area of ​​1217.82 km² with 53,454 inhabitants. The population density is 44 inhabitants per 1 km² (2004).

history

From 1939 to 1945, the Praschnitz district was part of the new Zichenau administrative district of the East Prussia province .
