President of the Republic of Tajikistan

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan is the head of state of the Republic of Tajikistan . Article 64 of the Tajik constitution defines the president as head of state and is intended to ensure the functioning of state power. Article 69 defines the rights and duties of the President.
