Røsnæs Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Zealand . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Ars Herred in what was then Holbæk Amt , then to Kalundborg Municipality in Vestsjællands Amt , which in turn became part of the enlarged Kalundborg Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

On January 1, 2020, 797 people lived in the parish, 422 of them in the parish of Ulstrup . The "Røsnæs Kirke" lies on the territory of the municipality.

The only neighboring municipality in the east is Raklev Sogn , in the other directions the peninsula is surrounded by the Baltic Sea .
