Tømmerup Kirke

Tømmerup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the Danish island of Zealand . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Ars Herred in what was then Holbæk Amt , then to Kalundborg Municipality in Vestsjællands Amt , which in turn became part of the enlarged Kalundborg Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1384 inhabitants live in the parish, 744 of them in the village of Spangsbro . The "Tømmerup Kirke" lies on the territory of the municipality.

Neighboring communities are Værslev Sogn in the east, Rørby Sogn in the south, Årby Sogn in the south-west, Nyvang Sogn in the west and Raklev Sogn in the north-west .
