action
- Episode 1: Penal Colony
Claire Redfield and Moira Burton, the daughter of Barry Burton, work for the environmental protection agency Terra Save. Both are kidnapped by strangers and taken to Zabytij Island, where they are confronted with an organization called "The Afflicted". While they are trying to escape, a woman who calls herself "Overseer" is monitored by video and commented on her actions. Claire and Moira reach an old radio tower and can call Barry for help.
When Barry arrives on the island, he meets a mysterious girl named Natalia. Together the two make their way to the radio tower. There, Barry finds out that six months have passed since Claire and Moira set off the distress signal. Natalie claims that his daughter Moira is dead.
- Episode 2: Contemplation
Claire and Moira meet their colleagues from Terra Save. Together they discover a broken helicopter and decide to try a repair in order to flee the island with the helicopter. However, they are attacked by a group of the Afflicted, which separates Claire and Moira from the rest of the group. The two decide to go to the tower of the Overseer. On the way they meet the girl Natalia, who joins them, but is kidnapped by the Afflicted a little later and taken to the Overseer.
Six months later, Natalia takes Barry to the Overseer's Tower, the last place she'd seen Moira alive. On the way, she tells Barry that she is an orphan whose parents were killed in Resident Evil: Revelations . In the tower, Barry and Natalia are surprised by the overseer who incapacitates Barry and introduces herself as Alex Wesker.
- Episode 3: Judgment
Claire and Moira go to the Overseer Tower. There they discover that Neil, actually one of their Terra Save colleagues, wants to release the uroboros virus to provide a justification for the existence of the Federal Bioterrorism Commission. They confront Neil, who, however, mutates because he was infected by Alex shortly before. The two of them kill him.
Six months later, Barry and Natalia narrowly escape the mutated Alex and flee the sewers back to the surface. There they are confronted again with Alex, who manages to separate the two. Natalia then uses a special ability that scares Alex.
- Episode 4: Metamorphosis
After Neil's death, Claire and Moira go to a memorial where they can pose for Alex Wesker. This clears up the two of their evil intentions and initiates a self-destruct sequence to tear them to their deaths. Moira sacrifices herself so that Claire can escape and finally flee the island. She meets Barry and asks him to look for Moira on the island.
Six months later, Barry and Natalia make their way through several underground mine shafts to finally come across Alex Wesker's research laboratory, which is disguised as a residential building. There they come across Alex, who injects Uroboros, mutates and attacks Barry and Natalia. She incapacitates Barry and prepares to kill Natalia. At this point, depending on previous events, the game branches to one of two possible endings: Either Alex Wesker wins, or Moira, Natalia and Barry can escape the island at the last moment with Claire's help.
