The Ringer Bundesliga 2009/10 was the 46th in the history of the Ringer Bundesliga . In two seasons of ten teams each, twenty teams fought for a place in the Bundesliga finals. Originally the 2009/10 season was supposed to be played in three races, but at the end of the 2008/09 season several clubs announced their withdrawal from the wrestling Bundesliga, which is why the league was reduced to two seasons.
The season started on August 29th . The first four teams in both groups reached the final round, which was held in early 2010. The finals took place on January 30th and February 6th, 2010. In these final fights, KSV Aalen 05 and Germania Weingarten faced each other. The two clubs from Baden-Württemberg caused a little surprise, as neither defending champion KSV Köllerbach nor the east relay winner 1. Luckenwalder SC reached the final. Aalen won both the downhill battle and the rematch, making the ninth team championship perfect for Aalen.
