Robert Bauer Nasser (born Bauer ; born April 9, 1995 in Pforzheim ) is a German football player . The full-back is under contract with Arsenal Tula .

Career

Bauer began his career at FSV Buckenberg and then played for the youth teams of Karlsruher SC before moving to FC Ingolstadt 04 in 2014 . There he was used for the first time on August 18, 2014 in the game against Kickers Offenbach in the first round of the DFB Cup , which the Ingolstadt team lost on penalties . He made his debut for the second team of FC Ingolstadt on September 13, 2014 in a 1-1 draw against the Würzburger Kickers in the Regionalliga Bayern and scored 1-0 in the 49th minute. On October 31, 2014, he was used for the first time in the 2nd Bundesliga in a 0-0 draw against Fortuna Düsseldorf . At the end of the season he rose with the team as a champion in the Bundesliga . There he made his debut on August 15, 2015 (1st matchday) in a 1-0 win in the away game against 1. FSV Mainz 05 , when he came on for Pascal Groß in the 82nd minute . On November 22, 2015 (13th matchday), Bauer scored his first professional goal in a 3-1 home win against SV Darmstadt 98 after being substituted on for Markus Suttner, who was injured early on, in the 16th minute .

For the 2016/17 season , Bauer moved to league rivals Werder Bremen , for whom he made his debut on August 26, 2016 in the 6-0 defeat in the away game against FC Bayern Munich . Over the course of the season, Bauer developed into a regular player under coach Alexander Nouri . On May 13, 2017, the 33rd match day, Bauer scored his first goal for Bremen in the home defeat against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim with the goal to make the final score 3: 5.

For the 2018/19 Bundesliga season , Bauer was awarded to the newly promoted 1. FC Nürnberg . There he was used in 22 Bundesliga games (19 times from the start). After relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga , he left the club with the end of his loan contract.

After his return from Nuremberg, Bauer was formally under contract with Werder Bremen again, but did not join the team in preparation for the 2019/20 season . At the end of August 2019, the defensive player signed a contract with the Russian first division club Arsenal Tula .

National team

In March 2015 Bauer was nominated for the first time for the German U20 national team by coach Frank Wormuth . He made his debut on March 28, 2015 in a 2-1 defeat by Poland when he came on for Tobias Pachonik in the second half . In June 2015 , Bauer and the team took part in the U20 World Cup in New Zealand and reached the quarter-finals. He was appointed to the German squad for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . He was used once in the tournament and won the silver medal with the team after the lost final against Brazil . For this he was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf by Federal President Joachim Gauck at the beginning of November 2016 .

Bauer's Russian-German parents come from what is now Kazakhstan . In January 2015, he received an invitation from the Kazakh Association to attend a course for the senior national team .
