Rosselhalde nature reserve (October 2013)

The Rosselhalde nature reserve is located in the Birkenfeld district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The 51.4 hectare area, which was placed under nature protection by ordinance of September 12, 1939 , extends northwest of the local community Kirschweiler on the southwest slope to Idarbach in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park . The B 422 runs directly below .
